Ticketing Officer at HT-Limited

Responsibilities:

• Book tickets for travel
• Book reservations for lodging
• Handle deposits and payments for bookings
• Stay within the client’s budget
• Review visas and other travel necessities
• Resolve issues and emergencies
• Maintain accurate records
• Able to write ticket.

           Ticketing officer Requirements:

• OND / B.sc in any field or in Hospitality
•  2 to 3 years work experience
• Understanding hospitality 
• A commitment to excellent customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel.
