QC Technician at GZ Industries

Job Description:

•  Initiates Data collection throughout the manufacturing process.
• Carry out final checks and approve to dispatch final products for ware house.
• Coordinates Data collection on all shifts
•  Report to Shift supervisor / QC supervisor any parameter is out of specification during manufacturing      process.
• Will use Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods to track trends and variables in the manufacturing   process.
• Read and action items from the various QAS logs.
• Conducts process control audits as requested.
• Record and File all Material and product information relating to production to assist in product               traceability
• ·Review QC procedures and initiate plans to improve the existing product quality standards.

Requirements:

• First Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or related Biological Sciences.
• 2 Years Work experience in a Manufacturing environment
• Good safety awareness
