    Operations Coordinator

    JOB DESCRIPTION FOR OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

    The Operations Assistant will offer administrative and operational support to increase the overall efficiency of the company’s daily business operations. S/he will also assist in coordinating and planning company events.

    Functions of the Role

    • Manage the team and ensure that all events are well executed.
    • Communicate and liaise with vendors and clients
    • Present and promote a positive image at company’s events
    • Support the CEO in managing and resolving operational issues.
    • Work with CEO to provide excellent customer service.
    • Prepare and send reports to management and clients as and when needed.
    • Order, store and organize all office supplies.
    • Perform general office administrative and clerical duties.
    • Reconcile payments and receipts to various parties on time.
