Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer at Chemonics International

Responsibilties

• The M&E officer will be responsible for the overall quality of the project's M&E systems and ensuring appropriate data capture.
• S/he will consolidate findings, produce reports, and highlight methods to incorporate lessons learned into future programming.
• S/he will manage data analysis. impact assessments, and oversee the design of M&E plans.
• It is anticipated that this position will be based in Abuja but may require travel to other parts of Nigeria, including the north and northeast.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three (3) years of progressively responsible M&E management work experience required with knowledge of implementing M&E plans ill challenging environments. ideally northern and northeastern Nigeria.
• Experience with USAID or other donor-funded project M&E tasks required.
• Advanced skills in word processing and MS Excel and SPSS required.
• Knowledge and experience working with GIS is preferred.
