Customer Service Rep-Outbound at AIM Consultants

Details:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customer to provide them with information on new product offers, discounts and services
• Make outbound calls to check on the satisfaction level of customers based on a standard set of questions and act on feedbacks provided
• Develop sales opportunities by researching and developing potential accounts and soliciting new ones via telemarketing approach.
• Make outbound calls to resolve pending complaints with customers, provide timely feedback and updates on escalated issues and update tickets accordingly.
•  Be involved in daily active monitoring of sites and networks while making contacts with customer to provide strategic recommendations which will improve the overall customer satisfaction.
•  Make daily outbound calls to Inactive and churned customers to ensure a high win-back ratio and overall customer retention.
•  Contact customers with newly installed sites to ascertain their level of satisfaction, ensure they are equipped and can make use of the provided monitoring details and escalation guides.
