Social Media Executive/Web Designer at eRecruiter Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all social media presence of the company
• Monitor company reviews
• Provide timely response to messages, tags, mentions and activity stamps on the internet
• Ensure optimal online presence for the company
• Ensure high level of online engagement with subscribers through posts
• Generate content on social media platforms as specified by management
• Coordinate with management to ensure visibility and engagement
• Create and drive execution of compelling social media presence through active and effective platforms such as Twitter, Google, Facebook.
• Assist in managing and publishing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and corporate events.

Key Requirements

• Should be a tech savvy graduate (post NYSC)
• Should have strong passion for the use of social media
• Must have demonstrable basic web/graphics  design skills with HTML, PHP, CSS, Javascript, WordPress, Photoshop, Illustrator etc
• Ideal candidate is one that considers this role as fun rather than work
• 1 - 2 years social media management and web design experience is sufficient
• Should have working knowledge of creating traction, engagements and generating good content
• Active and well-rounded personal presence on social media, with a command of each network and their best practices.
• Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
• Proficient with the use of MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook
• Strategy and execution skills with strong attention to detail
