Function/ Specific Activities

• Performs the co-ordination of the operation management
• Ensure that the operation department is run effectively and of high efficiency standard
• To make sure that the products and services of the company are of international standard
• To see that the service delivery of the company are second to none
• To have the quality of stimulants that will rejuvenate the operation staff and their performances
• Must develop ideas that will increase sales and productivity
• To have the skill of managing and directing senior management staff of the department of operations

Qualifications

• University/Technical Education
• Catering /food certificates and experience is an added advantage.

Experience Required:

• Must have worked in one or more large food service/ hospitality industry as general manager operations in charge of operations, logistics and storage.
• Must have been co-ordinating /managing mass high quality food service in sea cruise boat, large banqueting service, or a chain of high performance and busy world class international restaurants business.
