Junior Nurse at Tranter IT Infrastructure Services Limited

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for customer service role and responding to all questions, enquiries and complaints from patients who use Doctorclix application
• Engage other healthcare practitioners and facilities to onboard on the application
• Perform other customer service related role as required
• Receive and treat complaints from customers

Qualification

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in caring for patients and with relevant nursing certifications as well as registered with the professional bodies regulating the profession
• Candidates must be knowledgeable in Telemedicine and must currently be working with a reputable clinic or hospital
• Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
• Visible with a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
