Relationship Manager

Job requirements
- Aggressive deposit mobilization drive
- Develop goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity
- Designing and implementing business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals
- Assess overall company performance against objectives
- Ensuring that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities
- Developing business management goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity
- Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
- Ability to deliver the numbers
- Supervise the work of your direct report and provide feedback/ counsel to improve efficiency
- and effectiveness
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bsc in Marketing or any other related course.
- 5-7 years’ Experience in Financial Services, Real Estate or telecoms
- Excellent communication, listening skills, plenty of drive, initiative and motivation
- A Master’s Degree in Business Administration will be an added advantage
