    Relationship Manager

    JOB INDUSTRY: INVESTMENT BANKING

    JOB LOCATION: LEKKI

    Job requirements

    • Aggressive deposit mobilization drive
    • Develop goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity
    • Designing and implementing business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals
    • Assess overall company performance against objectives
    • Ensuring that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities
    • Developing business management goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity
    • Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
    • Ability to deliver the numbers
    • Supervise the work of your direct report and provide feedback/ counsel to improve efficiency
    • and effectiveness

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bsc in Marketing or any other related course.
    • 5-7 years’ Experience in Financial Services, Real Estate or telecoms
    • Excellent communication, listening skills, plenty of drive, initiative and motivation
    • A Master’s Degree in Business Administration will be an added advantage
