Your role is to provide best practice Employee Relations Advice and support to employees and Managers.
Promote the implementation of best practice HR procedures and assist in developing the HR department to be delivering excellent service and business focused solutions.
Must Have
Deep and relevant HR experience is essential in FMCG/Manufacturing/Trading sector.
Comfortable in the selection of appropriate training providers and programs organisation and coordination.
Detail oriented, accurate conscientious and reliable.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Tact and discretion in dealing with confidential matters. Budgeting and reporting skills.
