    Customer Support Executive

    Details:

    Job Responsibilites:

    • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
    • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
    • Communicating with customers through various channels.
    • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
    • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
    • Ensuring customer satisfaction and provision of professional customer support.

    Requirements:

    • Smart
    • Interpersonal skill
    • Great communication skill
    • Good phoenetics 
    • Social media savvy
    • No prior experience is needed as successful candidates will be trained.

    Salary: N40,000
