Hotel Receptionist at WorkforceAccist Operations Limited

Location – Ikeja, Lekki and Maryland

• Your primary focus will be to ensure that each guest receives the warmest and most genuine of welcomes; you will be responsible for ensuring that they are checked in and checked out efficiently with minimal disruption.
• You will be fantastic at dealing with guest enquiries and providing as much information about the hotel, hotel services and the local area in which the hotel is situated.
• You will be required to work shift work which will include evening and weekends.
• You will enjoy working with others, have a great "can do" approach to customer service and everyone you come in contact with. A full induction into the role will be given; you will also be expected to attend on-going training as required.
