Store Officer at The Limi Hospital Ltd

JOB ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

A Store Officer with relevant working experience. Candidate should be computer proficient and have a sound relevant knowledge in general Store keeping operations, including but not limited to inventory experience, strong analytical/critical thinking skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, while being able to work in a team. An excellent knowledge of spreadsheets, Microsoft Excel and software usage will be an added advantage.

JOB SUMMARY:

• Proper stock tracking of all store items using the Hospital Inventory Platform
• Activate stock level reminders and notifications
• Inbound and outbound stock operations
• Check received stock against invoices
• Maintain a reorder level to restock shelves and eliminate out-of-stock syndrome
• Eliminate wastage from over-inventory
• Maintain the security of the store against data tampering and burglary
• Carry out periodic checks and spot checks of inventory items
• Guard against receiving short-dated drugs and other consumables
• Maintain uncompromised inventory control, store keeping and warehousing functions
• Developing standards of procedure, reports and documents containing actionable recommendations with metrics for evaluating an organization’s performance
• Weekly Academic Learning activities limited to scope of practice
