    Customer Service Representative

    Location: Ikeja, Lagos
    Reports To: Managing Director

    Responsibilities

    • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
    • Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
    • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
    • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
    • Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
    • Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
    • Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

    Qualifications

    • Required Education: OND or FSLC Holder in a related discipline
    • Other Requirements: Minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service.

    • Good people skills
    • Must have a good command of the English Language
    • Must possess ability to read, spell, complete phone orders and follow instructions
    • Must be outgoing (this is not a position for a shy person)
    • Must be smart, active and have a strong ability to handle work pressure

    • Judgment: Displays willingness to make decisions; exhibits sound and accurate judgment; includes appropriate people in decision making process, makes timely decisions and explains reasoning for decisions.
    • Productivity: Completes work in a timely manner; strives to increase quantity;
    • Works quickly and effectively with minimal supervisory oversight.

    Salary
    N25,000 to N30,000 monthly.
