Operations Manager at JMG

Job Description

• Oversee all day-to-day functions through Regional Technical Managers & their teams and ensures the set operational processes, time lines, quality standards are implemented properly.
• Assign all Manpower, Vehicles, Fueling, HW & SW Tools, PPEs etc. Resources and associated Logistics to enhance operational efficiency with optimized cost.
• Monitor closely all Open Tickets of Call Center driving regional Operations management teams to ensure timely closure with prompt actions and communication on updates.

Qualifications

• B.Engr in Electrical, Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical or equivalent.
• Master's degree in Operations Management is a plus.
• Minimum  7-10 years of experience.
