    Community Development Manager

    Job Description
        Candidate would be responsible for communications, consultations, as well as planning, and managing programmes (groups of related projects) that are meant to ensure a mutually beneficial and sustainable relationship between the company and the local communities (population of 20,000).

    Responsibilities
        Lead the creation of long term development plan for all the local communities.
        Develop specific guidelines for project implementation and project office administration, in order to achieve all of the programme objectives effectively.
        Prepare reports and documents as required, including weekly, quarterly and annual progress reports, outcome/impact monitoring reports, technical assessments, monthly delivery and financial status summary, inventory status report, bulletins, and others.

    Qualification and Experience
        Bachelor's degree minimum; Masters' Degree preferred.
        5 years minimum, 3 of which must be in community development and/or community capacity building management role working with local communities.
        PMP or Prince2 Certification preferred.

    Software:
        Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Project), MS Project and Internet Searchtools.
