Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of current Federal government, State tax regulation and CBN regulatory reporting. Sound knowledge of financial management tools and ratios
• Sound knowledge of the Nigerian Accounting Standards.
• Strong financial and control management
• Highly proficient and versatile in the use of technology and accounting software
• Ability to work with little or no supervision
• Well developed presentation and communication skills
• Familiarity with accounting software and programs.
• Highly detail oriented and analytical skills.

Minimum Qualification:  Bachelors Degree or HND in Accounting or Finance.

• Have over 2 years’ experience in position of choice in a Microfinance Bank (COMPULSORY)
