Job Description
They are looking to recruit a Procurement Officer who will perform the following duties:

• To follow up Vendors/Service engineers' mobilization schedule in accordance with SHI-MCI's request.
• The arrangement of Service Engineer accommodations & movement.
• Update embarking plan. PTS form and Visa status
• Review vendors invoice and process for payment.
• Manage purchase for vendor
• Follow up material delivery and punch clarification
• Follow material delivery and punch clarification.
• Request punch details from QM.
• Follow up shipping schedules, documentation, and material readiness with the delivery schedule as well as customs clearance monitoring.
• Update document for CPI's regular procurement meeting
• Any other related tasks as advised.

Requirements

• B.Sc/BA/HND with relevant experience in procurement
• Must have at most 2yrs relevant experience
• Must be honest, diligent and conscientious with Microsoft Excel ability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
