Digital Content Administrator (DCA) at Fliplearnkids

THE ROLE

The DCA will be responsible for:

• Managing the company’s Social Media handles
• Developing and deploying creative online publicity strategy
• Driving traffic on the different platforms
• Engaging conversation during the live show
• Advising on emerging trends in the online space
• Advising graphics and creative designers on work specifications
• Scouting brands and multinationals for commercial partnerships
• Engaging sponsors and brands advertising on the show
• Other related functions as emerging necessities call for

THE PERSON

For this role, the right fit would be someone who;

• Has a proven track-record driving online traffic
• Is creative and can take initiative to act
• Can work remotely and in person
• Has beyond excellent ability in spoken and written English
• Is able to write good stories, provide witty answers, has a good sense of humor, can critique write-ups, and engage discussion on a wide range of issues
• Can stay professional when his or her personal views are opposed
• Is tolerant of other people’s beliefs
• Has strong confidence is the core ideology of the show
• Has demonstrated the ability to be innovative in marketing
• Has the extra advantage of being knowledgeable in graphic design
