Duties and Responsibilities
The Duties and responsibilities are not limited to the following:

• Event planning, design and production within time limits
• Working with clients to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction
• Organizing facilities and details such as entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, equipment, promotional material etc.

Requirements

• Must have at least 3 years working experience.
• Knowledge of event planning practices and techniques
• Public speaking experience
• Knowledge of marketing and promotional practices
• Physically able to perform duties such as standing for long periods, squatting, bending and lifting heavy objects
