Technical Manager at Transsnet Financial

Job Description/Responsibilities
We are looking for a Technical Manager for Palmsave who will be responsible for:

• Providing the team with technical advice and support.
• Overseeing each project’s life cycle from conception to completion, with an emphasis on technical soundness and resource efficiency.
• Developing and revising statements of work, which should include accurate time and cost estimates.
• Analyzing user requirements and usability metrics to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Applying architectural and functional specifications to each project.
• Collaborating with our design team to create accurate and detailed mockups for customer approval.
• Meeting with clients to refine and evaluate requirements, strategy and content needs.
• Enforcing coding standards across all departments.
• Researching and introducing new technologies for all employees and management.
• Assisting in creating in-house standards.

Requirements

• Minimum Of Bachelor's Degree with 5 years experience in financial payment project development.

Other Requirements:

• Proficiency in a development language.
• Capable of interface debugging.
• Understand the http protocol and application.
