Front Desk Representative at AACE Food Processing & Distribution Limited

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Meet, greet and welcome guests
• Keep front desk tidy and presentable with necessary materials (newsletters, pen, forms etc.)
• Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
• Answer incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
• Prepare conference room for meetings, trainings, interviews etc.
• Monitor office supply stock and place orders as neccessary
• Serve as staff assistant

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Good communication skills (Oral and written)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel)
• Knowledge of office management and basic book keeping
• Familiarity with office equipment (printer, photocopier, scanners etc.)
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Customer oriented approach

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Applicant should have minimum of a National Diploma
• Relevant experience is a plus
