    Value Realisation Manager


    Job Description

    • Develop and support the Value Realization Framework, Value Management Strategy (VMS) and ensure that these reflect the direction of enterprise strategy and objectives
    • Define the Value (Benefit) Realization policies and procedures for the organization
    • Plot a Value Realization Map (VRM) to identify (determine project potency to deliver intended results), execute (execute the VRM to minimize risks to future benefits and maximize opportunity to gain additional benefits) and sustain (ensure projects produce consistent value)
    • Define, evaluate, recommend, monitor and assure value (benefits) derived from component projects and the overarching Change Management portfolio across the whole investment lifecycle
    • Define, manage and update the VRM of the Organisation against investment/ project outcomes, profiles, interdependencies and realization plans
    • Provide assurance on alignment of selected component projects to the agreed Value (Benefits) Strategy and Map, including highlighting any impact identified
    • Provide the cost, benefit analysis data of business cases for enterprise/ component projects and how these align to the portfolio benefits map
    • Set clear KPIs before change takes place e.g. spend per transaction, customer lifetime revenue per month/ year, et cetera, to provide overall support management expectations across enterprise/ component projects
    • Support strategic business change(s) within the organisation by developing working practices which link benefits management into efficiency planning, performance measurement and ‘value for money’ delivery ensuring benefit led project prioritization
    • Monitor Value (Benefit) Realization Plans and benefit review schedules, including analyses of variances and initiate corrective actions with the benefit owners
    • Ensure value (benefit) owners are in place and the benefits are profiled, communicated, understood and being managed



    • Problem solver that analyses information to identify and understand the root causes of problems to proffer solutions
    • Ability to be flexible, respond positively to change, and work effectively under pressure and when dealing with conflicting priorities
    • Demonstrates a working style that builds and maintains effective internal and external relationships and resolves conflict where necessary
    • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills, to articulate and properly disseminate information to stakeholders
    • Ability to lead effective and engaging meetings
    • Ability to both lead, and work as part of, a team
    • Self-confident, results-focused, and detail-oriented
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision
    • Excellent situational awareness in handling objections in dynamic customer environments
    • Executive presence while collaborating with and influencing the C-suite
    • Strong verbal and written communication of qualitative and quantitative business cases
    • Deep financial analysis and modelling of ROI and TCO concepts to justify business cases
    • Results-oriented strategic thinker that helps customers “take the journey from status quo to future state”
    • Inne curiosity to investigate business processes and evaluate the possibility of new business models
    • The ability to identify and focus on high leverage activities.
    • Strong facilitation skills, to encourage clear articulation of the business issues and effective solution design by the relevant players
    • Ability to quickly learn new solutions/functional/industry domains
    • Acts with integrity and passion for the Company and Customer

    Masters/MBA with specialization in Business Management, Risk Management, Strategic Planning, Finance or any related field will be an added advantage
