    Application Support Officer

    Qualifications

    •  First degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Systems Engineering or Operational sciences with strong Information Systems component
    • Technical certifications will enhance performance though not mandatory
    • Project Management and IT Service Management Certifications will be of advantage

    Experience

    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience implementation/supporting banking applications

    Competencies

     Technical:

    •  IT software systems support
    • Service level management
    • Proven experience in Banking technologies and Business Intelligence
    • Technical experience installing and supporting Application servers (Weblogic, Websphere), Oracle Database
    • Programming skills preferably Java, PLSQL, SQL, JavaScript, etc.
    • Application support
    • Service desk and incident management
    • Information security
