Corporate Service Manager at Fifth Quadrant

LOCATION: LAGOS ISLAND
The corporate service manager is responsible for overseeing deliverables with clients and growing the current client base of the company
Provides Business structures to deliver professional and competitive travel products to meet the demands of the travel market.

*Requirements*

• 3 - 5 years’ experience selling travel packages (B2B)
• Previous experience working as a client relationship manager or a track record of managing client relationships
• A good understanding of the market and product
• Good knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practices
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicates assertively to the  managers and team members
• Ability to demonstrate a positive attitude at all times
• Ability to communicate effectively  at a senior level
• Ability to follow-up and make accurate decisions
