REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL: Consultancy Service to collect data on peace building mechanisms and develop the framework for a context specific peace model. at Neem Foundation

Deadline and place for submission of proposal: The proposal must be addressed to Neem Foundation through monitoring@neemfoundation.org.ng no later than 12 noon on 6th November 2018.

The proposal should include the following information:

Experience and capability of Consultant Firm: This should detail the consultant firm’s experience with similar studies in Peace Building, relevant information and data for the study, financial status and any other information deemed relevant by the consultant.

Basic Approach and Methodology of the Study: This should detail the consultant firm’s Principle of the basic approach, methodology of the study, work plan and assignment of each consultant member.

Experience and Capability of Consult Members: This should detail the Leader’s profile, Member List and Members profiles.

Price Offer: This should detail the offer price of the consulting firm as well as cost breakdown.

The proposal as well as all accompanying documents should be in English.

Period of Validity of Proposal: The proposal and quotation shall be irrevocable and remains valid for thirty (30) days or more after the deadline of submission of the proposal.

Prices in Offer: Prices in offer should be in Naira and include all the necessary costs.
