Operator (Movement) at Workforce Group

Location: Sagamu, Ogun State
Reports to: Production Team lead

Job Summary

• The Operator (Movement) will be responsible for locating and moving stocks (raw material and finished goods) of products for production, storage or transportation out of production floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtains copy of production schedule or shipping order and transports material or equipment to and from designated areas in the facility
• Ensures proper loading and unloading of goods from forklift
• Moves goods packed on pallets or in crates around the storage facility
• Stacks goods in the correct storage bays, following inventory control instructions
• Ensures proper stacking of empty pallets
• Inspects machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance
• Supports in maintaining a safe and orderly environment of the facility

Job Requirements
In this position, you need to have:

• National Diploma, OND or Technical Certificate
• Forklift Drivers' license
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a forklift operator in an FMCG Sector
