Job Summary

Our client, a principal FMCG firm seeks the service of an experienced procurement manager who will manage suppliers and develop purchasing strategies which meet budgetary and other operational requirements of the company.

Responsibilities

• SON/NESREA/E Form M processing and LC/Bills for collection/Advance payment processing.
• Follow-up with vendors/Detention free day request.
• Get shipping docs from vendors/bank.
• Material working/monthly indent preparation from the month plan.
• To get PAAR.
• Custom duty/shipping line charges/terminal charges payment.
• Release of consignment from sea/airport.
• Follow-up and dealing with clearing and forwarding agent.
• To get PFI from the vendor.
• Refund of container deposit/refund on shipping line additional.
• Payment of clearing bills/clearing agent payment.

Qualifications/Competencies

• B.Sc./MBA in Business Administration/Accounting or any relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as procurement manager in a top notch FMCG industry.
