• Day to day operations management in collaboration with the Lead Business Manager
• Preparing presentations, attending pitches and making sure the client is signed-on.
• Managing the email portal for prospective clients and newsletters
• Creating and managing project management structures in-house
• Handling Communication for all clients
• Being a liaison officer between Clients and the development and design team.
• Sourcing for vendors for various projects
• Creating budgets and Invoices for customers
• Attending meetings with high-profile clients
• Coordinating Video Production on set
• Providing support for web development and design clients
