    Ideal/preferred candidate must have at least 5 years relevant working experience in Customer Service management .

    • Only shortlisted candidates will be acknowledged and contacted. The roles and responsibilities include:
    •  Resolving product or service problems by clarifying customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
    • Answering incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns
    • Attracting potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
    • Opening of customer accounts by recording account information.
    • Maintaining customer records by updating account information.
