The programme comprises a 12 months stay in Germany, including both a 9-month internship in one of the participating companies and a 3-months language course. The practical training gives participants the opportunity to gain firsthand experience regarding management practices and economic, social and organisational change processes in the respective company. The skills acquired will enable them to establish networks between partners from their home companies and German companies.
Qualification/Level of Experience
University degree in a relevant engineering discipline (eg. mechanical, chemical, pharmaceutical, agricultural, industrial, electrical, automotive), Business Administration, Sales or Marketing; Computer Science)
Postgraduate degree (e.g MBA) is an advantage
2 - 5 years of relevant work experience
Excellent English language skills
Intercultural competence, openness to new experiences and willingness to learn German
