It has been brought to our notice that an Organization operating under the name "International Medical Corps (IMC)" is requesting for a special psychometric test score from intending jobseekers before they can start work for the Organization.
The Organization claims to be International Medical Corps using the domain - international-medicalcorps.org whereas the right Organization uses internationalmedicalcorps.org (notice the hyphen).
We believe that this is wrong on the following grounds:
1. No genuine Organization will request payment from prospective staff before being offered jobs.
2. If they are requiring any special test which is paid for, then the Organization is scam. Any genuine Organization will arrange all required psychometric testing used in their recruitment process and will not charge a fee or refer you to 3rd party website where payment is collected.
2. If an Organization is interested in you, they will train you; else, they will look for trained personnel. A slight exception to this is if the Organization is looking for a special and rare skill and decides to train you. In this case, you will not pay the company in cash, rather you may sign an agreement to work with the Organization for a certain period.
3. Any Organization that requests for money from you - a jobseeker is selfish and will not care about you. The reason you shouldn't risk joining such an Organization if it indeed exists.
We really care about your safety, hence we strongly advise you to stay away from this kind of Organizations and requests.

I have seen something like this but I advised the bearer to hold on not to fall a victim of scam
Beware of potential job scams involving Google and Facebook job searches. Recently, I applied for a job, and shortly thereafter, I received another message that raised concerns. The message requested that I take an OLEATS test on a dubious website called denshelim.com. On the website, you need to pay 280$ to get the certification.
Multiple aspects of this situation made me suspicious. The salary offered seemed questionable, and the person email, who claimed to hold a high-ranking position at UNDP, seemed unlikely to be directly involved in hiring for such a prestigious organization. Please exercise caution when encountering such job offers.
