    Corporate Finance Specialist

    Description

    • Short term and long-term financial planning
    • Business analysis for investment decision
    • Feasibility studies for business expansion and new businesses including financial modelling
    • Preparation of investment documentation (investment proposals, presentations, information memoranda, pre-qualification memorandum, term-sheets, etc.)
    • Company analysis for capital requirement and capital structure decision
    • Equity and debt capital raising including financing through the capital market
    • Loan management - compliance with loan undertakings and covenants
    • Company valuation for Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
    • M&A analysis, negotiations and structuring.

    Requirements

    • A minimum of 10 years of corporate finance experience with at least the most recent 5 years gained working in the real sector of the economy preferably in the manufacturing industry.
    • A good first degree in any discipline plus an MBA or relevant professional certification such as ICAN, CFA or equivalent certification is required.
    • Good knowledge of the local and international financial markets
    • Familiarity with the operations of leading local and international financial institutions

    Job Summary

    • Inspect and maintain vehicle service operations, executing preventive maintenance such as engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotation and changes, wheel balancing, replacing filters.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Access and complete vehicle preventive maintenance including engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotation and changes, wheel balancing, replacing filters, ensuring vehicles are available for use
    • Listen, document and address vehicle operator complaints; conduct inspections; repair engine failures; repair mechanical and electrical system malfunctions; replace parts and components; repair body damage
    • Verify vehicle serviceability by conducting test drives; adjusting controls and systems
    • Comply with state vehicle requirements by testing engine, safety and combustion control standards
    • Maintain vehicle appearance by cleaning, washing and painting
    • Maintain vehicle records by recording service and repairs
    • Manage shop equipment operation by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance and calling for repairs.

    Qualifications/Experience

    • Minimum of Trade Test I, II, III or Degree in  Mechanical/Automobile Engineering or any related discipline
    • 5 years cognate experience in automotive workshop
    • Experience in the automotive industry
    • Proven track record on the repairs of Sino Trucks, Shackman Trucks. GAC, Toyota vans, buses, etc.

    Competence:

    • Automotive systems (vehicle layout, function and location of parts)
    • Knowledge of mechanical issues, warranties, service and general repair

    Packaging Machine Operator

    Job Summary

    • Responsible for executing machine adjustments, diagnosis of machine faults and ensuring all quality requirements and other parameters are achieved in the production process.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Operate machine with minimal level of material and waste at all times
    • Generate daily machine operational status/performance report during shift
    • Diagnose machine faults and impelment required corrective adjustments where necessary to minimize downtime
    • Perform simple mechanical/electrical trouble shooting on the machine
    • Ensure set up during production Start-up, or production changes/plant maintenance and plant shut down
    • Ensure all quality requirements and performance parameters achieved are maintained.

    Qualification and Experience

    • Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree
    • 5-10 years' experience in industrial machine installation repairs and maintenance in FMCG
    • Knowlecge of food production practices
    • Knowledge of maintenance and vertical forming of plc packaging machines used for production.
    • Ability to read schematic diagrams bIueprints and other technical documents
    • Good Knowledge of machine safe regulations, good manufacturing practice and good house-keeping practice of production area

    Treasury Analyst

    Job Summary

    • Provide cash forecast and analyze cash flows;
    • Prepare financial models;
    • Document and update treasury policies and procedures;
    • Advise financial operations on movement of funds and forecast overall borrowing costs and cost of funds.
