Role Summary

• Monitor and evaluate the company's information technology systems, networks, and services.
• Day to day IT support.
• Knowledge of network and database server systems
• Knowledge of phone systems- Microsoft lync, lP-PABX
• Familiarity with web content management tools like WordPress .
• High level of proficiency in Windows Server 2000, 2003, and 2008; MS Exchange (email/collaboration) 2007, 2012; Microsoft SOL Server 2008, 2012: Microsoft SharePoint 2010,2013: MS Office 2010, 2013 and Windows SharePoint collaboration services; Windows XP. Vista, 8 and other emerging systems

Qualification/Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
• Professional Certifications: MCITP (Required), CCNA (Required), ITIL v3 foundation, PRINCE2 Foundation, MSCE
• 3-5 years' experience in similar field.
