    Finance and Accounting Intern

    Job Summary

    G126 needs a reliable Finance and Accounting Intern with at least one year progressive experience to take charge of the financial health of our company by administering accounting operations to meet legal requirements.

    You should be familiar with audits, invoices and budget preparations. The ideal candidate will be capable of learning our system with minimal supervision. He/she should also have a demonstrated interest in managing accounting activities including bank reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable. He or she should be extremely organized and be able to manage time-sensitive tasks.  In addition to working with the sales and marketing team, the Finance and Accounting intern will work with the management team to accomplish company goals and quotas. Ultimately, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our financial transactions and procedure.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Assisting in the preparation of budgets.
    • Managing records and receipts.
    • Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions, and preparing financial reports from such data accordingly.
    • Preparing balance sheets.
    • Processing invoices.
    • Recording accounts payable and accounts receivable.
    • Reconcile bank statements.
    • Review and implementing financial policies.
    • Developing and in-depth knowledge of organizational products and processes.
    • Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams.
    • Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters.
    • Supporting the management with projects and tasks when required.


    • Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
    • Knowledge of financial regulations.
    • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
    • Sharp time management skills.
    • Top-notch organizational skills.
    • A willingness to learn.
    • Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • B.Sc or HND degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or any other related field.
    • Professional qualifications (in view) is considered a plus
