Responsibilities

• Manage all technical tendering processes along with the Business Development Team,
• Prepare project technical proposals, project plans, schedules, execution plans and all other technical documentation that may be needed to satisfy customer tender or bid requirements.
• Carry out project cost estimation along with other engineers.
• Project execution, monitoring, and reporting
• Ensures all health, safety, and legal requirements are being met throughout project implementation
• Responding to any client complaints, concerns or requests throughout the project

Requirements

• A First degree in engineering from a reputable institution.
• A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
• Minimum of Five (5) Years’ experience in a similar role.
• Good use of Project Management software
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Details:

•  Forecast accurately tensure the availability of materials for Production at all times
• Keep track of product usage and purchasing expectations
• Liaise between the production department and the store on reorder levels
• Collate project plans and additional information tdetermine timelines and necessary materials needed for production
• Coordinate supplier payments with the accounting department
• Liaise with suppliers and source for new suppliers tascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules, and quality while maintaining good relationships with each of them
• Liaise between relevant internal departments and customers for all procurement and delivery of raw materials in the store

Requirements

• Must have a minimum qualification of B.Sc in Supply Chain Management or related course
• Must have at least 4 years’ experience in Material planning and inventory control
• Ability tuse a computer or any form of ERP for inventory management and planning
• Must be a very organized and detailed person Must be a strong team player
