    Achieve sales target in designated territories

    Job Title:  HR Officer

    Job Summary

    Personnel records and terminal benefits
    Industrial relations
    Assist in recruitment and selection process
    Perform Payroll administration
    Perform Pension Scheme activities
    Enforce Staff discipline
    Managing of HMO Scheme.

    General Requirements
     Must have a good degree/diploma in Engineering or social Sciences, Business Administration
     Must be young and energetic (not more than 35 years of age)
     Must have Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
     must be confident, outgoing and have a sociable character
     Experience in sales of auto-mobiles would be a definite advantage
     Should have a valid Driving Licence
     Should be conversant with MS office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
     Flexible approach to working hours to meet deadlines.
     Must be a member of (CIPM)for applicant 7 only.
     3-5 years industry experience required.
