RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and implement media campaigns
• Manage all LMD social media presence
• Develop social media content calendars
• Monitor analytics to identify viable ideas
• Create social media content, including writing, graphics and visuals
• Implementing strategies to promote brand awareness on social media
• Capturing photos of our spaces and designs for the LMD portfolio
• Preparing and submitting reports on social media performance, including growth, achievements, recommendations, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

• A degree or qualification in a relevant/related field
• Intern or NYSC
• Organised and detail oriented
• Experience in social/digital media management and promotion
• Able to write copy and/or create graphics
• Good communication skills
• Reliable with high level of integrity
• Ability to meet deadlines and to anticipate next steps and needs
• Bonus points for knowing Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Google Search Console

Details:

We are looking for an innovative and talented Project coordinator to join the LMD creative team. This is an opportunity to be part of our artisctic, fun and collaborative culture where teamwork and togetherness is everything.

RESPONSIBILITY

• Meet with clients to dtermine their goals and requirements for the project
• Site visits to consider how the space will be used
• Sketch preliminary design plans, including electrical and partition layouts
• Create a timeline for the interior design project and estimate project costs
• Oversee installation of the design elements
• Oversee construction and coordinate with general building contractors to implement the plans and specifications for the project 

REQUIREMENTS

• A degree or qualification in a relevant/related field
• Intern or NYSC
• Organised and detail oriented
• Problem solving and an ability to recommend appropriate solutions and improvement processes
• Good communication skills
• Reliable with high level of integrity
• Ability to meet deadlines and to anticipate next steps or needs
• Highly skilled with AutoCAD, 3DSmax, Sketchup
