    Front Desk Officer

    A reputable company is urgently seeking to recruit a Front Desk Officer. Location: Ikeja, GRA.

    Qualification: A minimum of B.Sc in Business Administration or any other related course.

    Requirements:

    • Experience as a Front Desk Officer/Customer service
    • Living within the area or at least close to the
    • Have telephone skills, verbal communication, Microsoft skills, listening, professionalism, focused, organization and multi-tasking abilities.
    • Must be smart and good looking always

    • Will be at the front desk, managing visitors/guests at the reception.
    • Identify clients' needs/assist in providing practical solutions.
    •  Ensure the office runs effectively and efficiently.
    • Maintain adequate record of business activities. Qualities:
    • Should be adaptable.
    • Have strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
    • Must have sense of curiosity and willingness to learn.
    •  Must be attentive to details.
    • Must be people oriented
