Both LASAMBUS and its hospital-based analogue - Lagos State Emergency Medical Service (LASEMS) have, since inception, been running emergency service on a 24/7 basis.
The services of LASAM BUS are run with the objective of reducing the risk of emergencies resulting in fatal outcomes. The creware trained to be the first responders in medical and surgical emergencies, and the ambulances are equipped and manned for the purpose.
