• Minimum of 5-6 years' experience in manufacturing and related industry exoenence

• Strong analytical skills and impeccable character
• Excellent communication sk;jls and toierant in the handling of staff matters
• High proficiency m MS office applications
• An above average knowledge of organizaLonal development would be an advantage

Qualification/Experience

• Must have at least 6 years marketing experience with a technical background
• Must be creative and innovative
• The person for this job must be result driven and ability to work under pressure to achieve set objectives
• Excellent communication skills
• Effective/efficient interpersonal relationship skills
• Must be computer literate
• Must have deep knowledge of construction costs and procurement process.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Architectural background is added advantage

• Must have at least 5-6 years' experience in furniture designing in manufacturing environment or industry
• High proficiency in computer especially Microsoft Suite.
• Must be versatile in production documentation
• Must be a thinker in concept and actualizauon
• Attention to details and prudent in change management
• Ability to recreate product and value that are not common (initiative driven)
