Job Summary

• Installation and Administration of Windows Server
• Administration of Active Directory and maintain of the related PCs

Duties

• Installation, configuration and maintain of Computers and LAN
• Installation, configuration and maintain of an Active Directory
• Reporting
• Document all processed tasks
• Perform reporting as per procedures

Personal Responsibilities

• Report to the Head of Department.
• Responsible for all assigned equipment.
• Should maintain a high level of personnel responsibility in order to be an example to his colleagues.
• Abide and apply the rules and regulations of the department and the company as a whole.
• Responsible for achieving any assignment given by his Manager.
• Keeping up to date with departmental and company notification via Emails, Notice board and other mediums.
• Keeps himself up-to-date with the technologies used by the company.

Academic / Education Qualifications

• B.Sc (or equivalent) in Computer Science or Computer Communication Engineering

Experience:

• A previous experience in information technology is required.

Technical Skills:

• Windows OS, PC Assembling and Maintenance.
• Management of Windows servers.
• Deployment of Active Directory.
• Support applications in Window Environment.
• FIREWALL configuration and maintenance.

General Skills:

• Interpersonal relationship
• Maintain a good communication and interaction with customers and colleagues.
• Team leadership (or team player).
• Communications skills, both verbal and written.

Language Qualifications:

• Good verbal and writing skills in English are mandatory.
