Qualifications

• Must have M.S.c in Civil Engineering/Structural Engineering
• Applicants must be a rgistered coren.
• Member of Nigerian society of engineers MNSE will be an added advantage
• Applicants must be proficient in the use of general computer package especially Microsoft Project
• Ability to use special software such as Orion, Prota will also be an added advantage
• Applicants must have 15-20 Years in civil/structural engineering and also in other related civil engineering projects
• Applicants must be ready to juggle between sites and office
• Applicants must be ready to travel at anytime.

• Applicants must have knowledge and experience in real estate marketing
• Applicant must have experienced on how to prepared tender,bills and contract management
• Applicants must be proficient in the use of computer package such as Microsoft power point,Microsoft excel and corel draw.
