Requirements

• Hold a Master's Degree in Geodetic Engineering, Surveying or Topography.
• Have not less than 15 years of post-qualification experience as a surveyor and specialize in surveys including cadastral and aerial photography on road studies.
• Have undertaken 3 major projects as surveyor during the last 10 years.
• Be fluent in English or French.
• Candidates will be required to work in the West African sub-region or telecommute as the case may be.

• Hold a master's degree in economics, project finance, transport planning, civil engineering or transport economics.
• Have not less than 15 years of post-qualification experience related to highways feasibility studies and preparation of master plan. The individual shall be familiar with the use of the HDM 4 software.
• Have been involved in feasibility studies for at least 3 major road/highway projects with HDM-4 software.
• Be fluent in English or French.
• Interested candidates will be required to work in the West African sub-region or telecommute as the case may be.

• Be fluent in English or French.

• Have a minimum of 15 years of experience in highway design and construction supervision.
• Have held the position of a highway engineer on at least 3 major road projects and must have acted as a team leader on one of the 3 projects.
