Direct Report: Head, Finance Manager

Job Profile:

• Ensure SAGE is up and Running for generating customer’s invoices.
•  Responsible for raising customers’ invoices
• Matching of payment to invoices on SAGE
• Preparation of Risk schedule and age Analysis of customers’ debt.
• Responsible for the preparation and correctness of customer statements.
• Send out customer’s statement monthly to the customers.
• Prepare Sales report and Analyse monthly sales Mix.
• Maintain customer Credit limits and ensure it’s not exceeded for the golden outlet customers.
• Ensure financial evaluations for all NPD and investment proposals are prepared. Ensure that these are fully analysed with the financial impact
• Register all new customers in line with the approved procedure.
• Generate monthly report to explain sales generated for the month into categories.
• Attend to Audit issues.
• Keep all relevant documents appropriately for easy access and retrieval
• Responsible for Overall Provision of all required financial analysis for promotional and marketing initiatives and seek to optimize the financial returns.
• sales budgeting and variance between the Actual and forecasts

Requirement:

• B.Sc. Accountancy and Finance
• Min. 5 Years experience with FMCG Sector; M.Sc in Finance Management will be an added advantage.
• Membership of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN)
• ERP experience in SAP, SAGE etc
• Analytic skill, Interpersonal relationship skill etc.
