    Contracts Assistant

    Job Description

    • Support the contracting process in accordance with Company rules
    • Support the Contract Engineers to follow relevant markets, gathering & using information received, & developing & maintaining market information systems to provide up-to-date details of both market conditions and contractors/suppliers
    • Monitor contractors’ performance, promoting & attending service quality meetings, recording results and participating in supplier relationship management & supplier performance management activities.

    Job Description

    • Prepare cost estimates for product manufacturing, construction projects, or services to aid management in bidding on or determining price of product or service.

    Instrumentation Engineer

    • Carry out preliminary and basic instrument studies / design in-house.

    Emergency Response Coordinator

    Description

    • Receive and answer at any time first call in case of emergency or high potential incident within the District perimeter;
    • Prepare the weekly duty roster for the District in coordination with the concerned entities, ensuring correctness of information (eg. duty telephone numbers) and availability of all personnel on duty;
    • Coordinate MEDEVAC and MEDRESCUE between site, logistics, medical and concerned contractor(s);
    • Call out EMT/CMT members in case an emergency requires EMT/CMT activation(s)
    • Participate as a facilitator when the District EMT is activated;
    • Send SMS notifications to District management for any controlled emergencies or high potential incident;
    • Build close relationship with contractors, sites, medical services providers and authorities involved in ER (through exercises, calls and/or visits);
    • Liaise directly with District EMT (Emergency Management Team) leader in case of serious emergencies as defined in the district Emergency Response Plan (ERP);

    Job Description

    • Participate in & enhance hazard studies and risk assessments for - the safe program execution of operations
    • Enhance hazard recognition & risk control of management of change situations per program execution situation

    Interventure/Interco Accounting Officer

    Job Description

    • Supports month-end, quarter-end, and year-end interventure/interco accounting closure processes.
    • Prepares, analyzes, and follows up interventure/intercompany advances and loans for prompt settlement

    Senior Drilling Engineer

    Job Description
    Drilling Engineering:

    • Contribute to the engineering details for new field development studies.
    • Prepare drilling engineering calculations linked the projects planned: well design, casing design, trajectory design, torque and drag simulations, hydraulic simulations.
    • Participate in defining the drilling programs, the well location reports and procedures to fulfill operations for planned projects wells.
    • Participate in defining with GSR & Assets Management the Scope of Requirement (location, trajectories, well design, initial completion, data acquisition, etc.) for wells activities.
    • Work with Reservoir Engineering, Geology, Production Engineering to ensure all well objectives are met in the delivery of optimum producing wells which also includes exploration/appraisal wells.
    • Contribute to the completion and sand control design (design evolution, optimization, follow up).
    • Participate to down hole tools and Bit selection.
    • Coordinate with Fluid team the Fluid and Cementation Program and calculations.
    • Ensure equipment and materials meet technically valid and applicable to the specific well conditions.
    • Ensure equipment and materials meet technical and quality control standards.
    • Develop and maintain contingency plans for potential problems that could occur during the program.
    • Liaise with all drilling, operations and well engineering personnel.

    QA/QC:

    Project and Contracts:

    • Develop requirement about call for tender for drilling equipment and services with respect to partner and COMPANY rules.

    • Prepare Contract / Purchase Order in accordance with project plan. Ensure contracts for operations are in place prior to the starting of operations.
    • Ensure high level of co-ordination between project drilling engineering activities and the project teams plus all other operations within COMPANY.

    Cost and Performance:

    • Understand the economic impact of technical and business decisions.
    • Monitor and collect operational, financial and well performance data (Cost and NPT Tracking) to prepare next projects budgets efficiently.
    • Participate in the development of AFEs for projects and/or studies.
    • Provide accurate and timely (1) technical inputs to and (2) costs for Work Programs to GSR & Assets Management to facilitate preparation of budgets and closing forecasts.
    • Conduct studies to improve cost performance follow-up.

    Venture Management:

    • Liaise with external agencies on technical issues like NAPIMS/DPR and Partners.
    • Participate in the preparation of well initial completion/ Side Track/ Plug & Abandon approval packages to DPR and NAPIMS.

    Perform complex technical studies:

    Job Description
    Production Data Management:

    • Undertake Daily Tracking of all required production data & events
    • Perform suitable analysis of production data & events in required formats
    • Perform timely production events corrective actions follow-up & close-out
    • Check the validity of plant production reporting (PDMS), monitor production shortfalls and emissions.

    Production Reporting:

    Laboratory Leader

    Job Description
    Within the framework of fluid management:

    • Responsible for the quality of the sampling, (on schedule, according to the standards), whatever the fluids (condensate, gas, water, diesel oil).
    • Provide technical assistance to process, production, maintenance and marine teams
    • Conduct technical audit for all laboratory clients
    • Maintain and improve rules for analyses for fluid (physico-chemistry).
    • Follow up field trials by vendors and Integrate field trial result into operations to optimize production.
    • Follow up major transverse research projects.

    Within the framework of laboratory/treatment:

    • Perform all analysis according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for all fluids and especially for export condensate analysis.

    • Manage or supervise the subsea and topside chemicals storage on board; (transfer, tote tank rotation, space mgt).
