Tasks and Responsibilities

• Oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule;
• Ensure that the production is cost effective;
• Decide what resources are required;
• Draft a timescale for the job;
• Estimate costs and set the quality standards;
• Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed;
• Be responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment;
• Liaise among different departments, e.g. suppliers, store
• Work with managers to implement the company's policies and goals;
• Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed;
• Supervise and motivate a team of workers;
• Review worker performance;
• Identify training needs.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
3 years or equivalent

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor's Degree/HND in Engineering, Environmental, Industrial Production disciplines.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Plan out the overall operations of the company. The planning needs to be detailed and in keeping with the company policies;
• Oversee the production, procurement, buying and selling activities;
• Ensure that the operations are conducted without a glitch;
• Manage logistics;
• Maintain a high standard of organization and products;
• Manage the finances in such a way that the company does not suffer any losses, uses its financial resources to the optimum, and also makes profits;
• Study the market and financial statements, reduce production costs, have information about sales trends and business forecasts, and see to it that the operations are carried out efficiently without going off budget;
• Review all the income and expenditures of the company and determine what else is required for the company to excel in its operations;
• Face and try to resolve different issues regarding quality of services, shipment delays, customer satisfaction and retaining, and other problems;
• Review the payroll policies and make changes if necessary;
• Implement policies Roshan mission and aim;

JOB REQUIREMENTS

MINIMUM REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
3 years or equivalent in a fast-paced company.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor's Degree/HND in any field
