Responsibilities

• Ensure the delivery of control room service and delivery of Operational KPI's
• Journey Management planning and monitoring
• To deliver effective team management
• Ensure Operating systems are functioning to optimal level
• To contribute to maintaining effective customer relationship and foster effective relationships with frontline staff
• Ensure compliance standard is adhered to.
• To implement and coordinate working schedules, leave plans and maintain adherence to company lay down policies
• Coordinate Emergency response excellently
• Full knowledge about Access control and CCTV monitoring.

Reporting to: Area Manager

Job Purpose

• To monitor, patrol and visit all assigned the beats and locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor the activities of security operatives and beats supervisors under area of coverage
• Ensure that Officers are conversant with the information in the site files and post guard orders at all protected locations visited.
• Maintains strict discipline and adherence to laid down regulations by the Officers at locations visited.
• Ensure that assigned areas of responsibility are stabilized and devoid of any criminal activities
• Handles operatives complaints on sites where possible or refer to appropriate unit
• Prepare and send daily incidents reports to the Area Manager to give feedbacks on daily routine activities with recommendations on improvement plans.
• Ensures effective and timely visitation of beats
• Redeploys operatives from one beat to another as need arises within his area of command with authorization from his Area Manager
• Be involved in development of career path progression for all the subordinates and ensuring that their competencies are fully developed to meet the future challenges of our industry.
• Any order duty that may be assigned by the Area Manager.

Requirements

• Possess minimum of OND, NCE in any field of study
• Minimum of three years cognate experience in private security industry
• Must be able to drive
• Possess valid Driving License
