Control Room /Journey Management Supervisor

Responsibilities
- Ensure the delivery of control room service and delivery of Operational KPI's
- Journey Management planning and monitoring
- To deliver effective team management
- Ensure Operating systems are functioning to optimal level
- To contribute to maintaining effective customer relationship and foster effective relationships with frontline staff
- Ensure compliance standard is adhered to.
- To implement and coordinate working schedules, leave plans and maintain adherence to company lay down policies
- Coordinate Emergency response excellently
- Full knowledge about Access control and CCTV monitoring.
Requirements
The Ideal Candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:
- Excellent people and performance management skills
- Good Analytical skills
- Confident and able to articulate clearly
- Good communication skills
- Be highly composed in discharge of duties
