    Job Description

    • The Ticketing Reservation Agent willProactively create and maintain operative working team relationships with all support departments and provide team  with the required product information, communicate sales strategies effectively and support sales team in the entire liaison required. NB Understand Appreciates IATA standards is key for this role.
    • Tickers handle ticket sales for airlines at airports.
    • Ensure good customer service for customer who enters the airport.
    • Understand Appreciates IATA standards
    • Make the ticket booking and quote fares to available companies or Agents.
    • Maintaining robust, sustainable relationships with key travel agency clients, as well as corporate firms.
    • Gather market and client information, and following up with visits to develop new business
    • Improve and preserve an extensive customer database.
    • Offer consultation for clients on the services provided by the company.
    • Assisting the Manager in implementing sales strategies for the company
    • Carry out other tasks when assigned by Company
    • Using a booking system to secure holidays
    • Collecting and processing payments
    • Advising clients on travel arrangements, e.g. visas and passports
    • Sending out tickets to clients
    • Keeping clients up to date with any changes
    • Dealing with complaints or refunds (not one of the perks, but someone's got to do it)

    Qualification  And Experience

    • Recognized Diploma, BSc Degree/ HND in equivalent and applicable experience or successful track record with 2 to 5 years’ experience.
    • Clean and neat in appearance in accordance with   standards is important
    • Extensive customer service experience in a previous job or some type of sales
    • Rudimentary computer and typing skills are also needed navigate the ticketing system.

    Senior Corporate Sales Executive

    Job Description

    • As part of helping Client to achieve growth, an internet and fiber optic corporate Sales Executive is needed both in Abuja and Lagos corporate head office of our Client.
    • The Senior Sales Executive would be responsible for developing relationships with customer as well as providing solution in the sales cycle, aligning customer  needs with the banquet of IT product offerings. 
    • The executive shall support the sales team with the required product information, communicate sales strategies effectively and support sales team in the entire liaison required.
    • Implement organizational sales strategies for effective sales delivery.
    • Maintain existing accounts to ensure optimum continual patronage.
    • Ensure that the Pre-Sales resources evolve in line with the Marketing Message and Sales Teams stated requirements.
    • Production of responses to Requests for information and Requests for pricing.
    • Work with Sales personnel to provide product, business and technical knowledge in support of pre sales activities.
    • Liaison with Product Managers and Development to understand details of product direction and design and communicate information back to sales organization.
    • Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs etc.
    • Develop product centric selling strategies by monitoring and managing the technical presales environments
    • Developing and generating the sales and related reports for analysis.
    • Sell to C level and VP level executives in the software (marketing, strategy, AR etc.) and manufacturing (sustainability, operations, quality, engineering etc.) industry
    • Collaborate with internal resources and external network to prioritize and penetrate key accounts; quickly build relationships with key stakeholders to drive business
    • Achieve and exceed quota Provide timely and accurate revenue forecast
    • Manage CRM database of customer contacts and progress through pipeline development steps

    Qualification and Experience

    • B.Sc/HND in equivalent and applicable experience or successful track record with 5 to 7 years’ experience.
    • Technical background in systems engineering or networking is considered a plus.
    • Relevant experience in technical product configuration or technology related experience
    • Must be experienced Telecom ISP or IT related infrastructure companies
    • Must be a Team player and adaptive to the competitive market environment
    • First rate network and services support experience
    • Experience of working to strict KPI and SLA (Internal and External)
    • Sound applied theoretical knowledge of core and access network infrastructure, data and voice services.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
    • Understand contemporary, evolving technologies in the field of communications, internet and Telecom industry.

    Job Description

    • The main purpose is to gather marketing survey Information from difference perspective location in order to ascertain product selling point.

    Areas of Discipline & Responsibilities

    • Setting marketing/sales research aims and objectives/activity plan
    • Liaising with clients, research personnel and technical development with the team along with local Vendor
    • Producing project plans and cost effective to ascertain product flow
    • Collecting, recording, analyzing and interpreting data of producing flyers and handbills/face bill
    • Observing field conditions to ascertain security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle the situation in case may be.
    • Following strict test guidelines on the marketing location
    • Writing technical publications and reports to showcase the product
    • Keeping up to date with current developments and budgeting plans

    • Coordinating with the team to roll up Banner and posters
    • Coordinating with the team to mark stand or locations
    • Ticket, arrange and display strategies to promote sales.

    Qualifications  and Experience

    • Qualification: HND, B.Sc, M.Sc etc.
    • Experience in Hospitality and tourism sector

    • Having a friendly and engaging personality.
    • Comfortable working with members of the public.
    • Should have a confident manner and be helpful and polite.
    • Assistants should be physically fit as they will be on their feet for most of the day and may be required to lift large amounts of stock.
    • You should have a comprehensive understanding of your area of sales i.e. retail, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, sports equipment etc.
